Karmbhumi Trust Trust Deed 1. Introduction This Trust Deed is executed on this day between the trustees mentioned below, for the establishment of Karmbhumi Trust with its registered office at Gupta ji, Chakla, Kancharapara (Near Thakurtalla), West Bengal 743145. The objective of this Trust is to work for social welfare, environmental improvements, and cultural creativity. 2. Trustees The following persons are appointed as the founding trustees of this Trust: - Nitesh Kumar - Bikash Kumar - Radhamohan Sahu - Kaushal Kumar - Raja Prasad 3. Objectives of the Trust The Trust will work towards the following objectives: A) Social Welfare: Providing fun-based learning for children aged 3-8 and supporting underprivileged children. B) Environmental Improvements: Tree plantation, plastic waste management, and promoting sustainability through cultural awareness. C) Cultural Creativity: Using theater, music, and other artistic forms to spread social messages. 4. Trust Property and Fund The initial trust fund shall be ₹10,000, which will be used for achieving the objectives of the Trust. The Trust shall have the right to receive donations, grants, and funding from various sources. 5. Powers and Responsibilities of Trustees 1. The Trustees shall manage and oversee all activities of the Trust. 2. The Trustees shall have the authority to accept donations and grants for the development of the Trust. 3. The Trust shall maintain proper accounts and conduct annual audits. 6. Dissolution of the Trust In case of dissolution, all assets of the Trust shall be transferred to another registered charitable Trust with similar objectives, and no part of the property shall be distributed among the Trustees. 7.
