Our plantations cultivate oil palm, cocoa, and plantain, contributing to Nigeria’s agribusiness sector. We are looking for a PASSIONATE, skilled and dedicated Plantation Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal productivity in our Ologan Arowolo, Ife East Branch. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise all plantation activities, including oil palm, cocoa, and plantain cultivation. Supervise farm workers, ensuring efficient workforce management and productivity. Monitor plantation health, pest control, fertilization, and harvesting schedules. Maintain and improve farm infrastructure, equipment, and resources. Ensure compliance with agricultural best practices and environmental standards. Track budgets, manage expenses, and optimize cost efficiency. Prepare reports on plantation performance and production outputs. Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: ✔ Minimum of 3-5 years experience in plantation or farm management. ✔ Strong knowledge of oil palm, cocoa, and plantain cultivation techniques. ✔ Ability to ride a motorbike (a must for navigating the plantation). ✔ Excellent leadership and team management skills. ✔ Knowledge of farm budgeting, procurement, and agribusiness principles. ✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in rural settings.
