Thus, fear and accountability is good unless it comes for genuine regard for the work to be done rather than averting a punishment from authority because there is no authority that can hold you accountable for everything. Thus, best and most potent source of discipline is a mindset that: 1. Genuinely cares about the work to be done. 2. Understands that accountability is best set internally. 3. Honing a responsible approach towards the work rather than resorting to fear tactics to get work done.
