🔹At the end of every Ramadan, we pledge to ourselves that our next Ramadan will be better than the one that has passed, then the disappointment repeats itself every year.
📍📍 *The solution:* It is training and gradual progress, for forcing the self into sudden change exhausts it, and the self is like a child—it needs discipline and gentle deception until it becomes steadfast.
📍 *Psychologists say:*
Whoever practices something for 21 days is likely to turn it into a habit!
💬 *And the Arabs say:* `Goodness is a habit;` so whatever you train yourself to do, you will find it easy.
📍 *Identify your shortcomings in every Ramadan.*
⚠️ Take some of the common examples of shortcomings.
*`1/ The difficulty of securing the first row in Dhuhr prayer...`*
💡 *Solution:* Train yourself from now and commit to the Sunan Rawatib;
☜ *Because Sunan are a protective shield for obligatory prayers, and start a gentle battle against staying up late.*
*`2/ Few Quran completions..`*
💡 *Solution:* Increase your daily Quran recitation, little by little, from now.
*`3/ Excessive use of the mobile phone...`*
💡 *Solution:* Start reducing its usage from now;
☜ Because sudden weaning from habits is hard on the soul, and few can endure it.
🔹 *Getting used to goodness is a result of patience, and willpower, and good planning.*
