Reflecting on last year's impactful seminar with the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) at AH Hotel, East Legon. It was a day filled with learning, dialogue, and strategizing on how the Ghanaian aquaculture sector can attain ASC certifications. We immersed ourselves in the realm of aquaculture certifications, gaining insights into how these standards are vital for promoting responsible and sustainable farming practices. We examined the advantages of certification, including better market access and enhanced environmental protection, and how it ultimately leads to a healthier future for our oceans and communities.
