We're seeking a creative Content Strategist/Content Creator with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. Location: Lekki, Lagos You'll assist with planning, creating, and managing content that drives engagement and meets our goals. From Twitter Spaces to brainstorming and shooting the next viral human-centric video content for social media, your job is to keep our content game strong with sharp content ideas and a hands-on execution approach. Bonus points if you're crypto-curious/already fluent in finance and have advertising/creative agency experience. What You'll Do: • Ideate, draft out and manage the production of human-centric video content weekly. • Assist in brainstorming for and writing ad copy for campaigns, including emails, social media, push notifications, and blogs (internal and external). • Develop content strategies for organic growth across channels. • Champion our Twitter Spaces, helping to build topics, structure conversations, and keep the vibes right. • Brainstorm fresh, creative ideas during team sessions and actually turn them into something amazing. • Work physically to shoot (behind or in front of the camera), edit, and polish short social media/ explainer videos using tools like CapCut and InShot. • Stay tuned into trends (both crypto and non-crypto) and leverage them for our audience. • Collaborate with the Lead Content Manager and the Growth Lead to align on strategy and goals. • ⁠Manage on-site content creation during office activities, sponsorships, and partnerships by capturing key moments and creating engaging, on-brand content. • Draw up strategy documents and content marketing ideas with ease.
