Job Title: Front Desk Executive Location: Ikeja, Lagos Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, efficient and experienced Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. Responsibilities Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients and visitors Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
