Notably, Monad implements Parallel Execution technology, allowing the network to process up to 10,000 transactions per second. The Monad project was founded in April 2022 by Keone Hon, former Head of Research at Jump Trading and an MIT graduate. Accompanying him is James Hunsaker, Monad’s CTO, a senior software engineer at Jump Trading and a core contributor to Pyth Network.
