*رئيس مجلس السيادة القائد العام للقوات المسلحة يصدر قراراً بإعادة تشكيل اللجنة الوطنية المشتركة للطوارئ الإنسانية* *Chairman of the Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces Issues a Decision to Restructure the Joint National Committee for Humanitarian Emergencies* بورتسودان ٢٦ فبراير ٢٠٢٥م أصدر السيد رئيس مجلس السيادة القائد العام للقوات المسلحة الفريق أول الركن عبدالفتاح البرهان اليوم قراراً قضى بإعادة تشكيل اللجنة الوطنية المشتركة للطوارئ الإنسانية برئاسة الفريق الركن الصادق إسماعيل محمود، وعضوية كل من وكلاء وزارات الخارجية والمالية والصحة والتنمية الاجتماعية والحكم الاتحادي والزراعة والغابات والثقافة والإعلام والنقل بجانب ممثلين للأجهزة المختصة والمؤسسات والهيئات ذات الصلة. وتختص اللجنة بمهام التأكد من الجاهزية الفنية واللوجستية بالمعابر من حيث المنشآت والعاملين والتنسيق المحكم بين الوزارات والهيئات والمؤسسات المختصة من أجل تسهيل إنسياب المساعدات الإنسانية . ووضع قوائم تفصيلية تحدد إحتياجات البلاد الإنسانية وفق سياسات وخطط الدولة العليا. كما تختص اللجنة أيضا بتحديد الأهداف الإستراتيجية الوطنية لخطة الإستجابة الإنسانية ومشاركتها مع منظمات الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الوطنية والدولية وإعداد مصفوفة المشاريع المطلوب تنفيذها وتكلفتها والمصادقة عليها مع المنظمات الأممية وشركائها ومتابعة تنفيذها. Port Sudan, February 26, 2025 The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, issued today a decision to restructure the Joint National Committee for Humanitarian Emergencies. The committee will be chaired by Lieutenant General Al-Sadiq Ismail Mahmoud and will include representatives from the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Finance, Health, Social Development, Federal Governance, Agriculture and Forestry, Culture and Information, and Transport, alongside representatives from relevant agencies, institutions, and authorities. The committee is tasked with ensuring full technical and logistical readiness at border crossings, including infrastructure, personnel, and seamless coordination between ministries, agencies, and institutions to facilitate the efficient flow of humanitarian aid. Additionally, the committee will compile comprehensive assessments of the country’s humanitarian needs, aligning them with national policies and strategic priorities.
