This program, approved by President Bola Tinubu in April 2024, aims to equip young Nigerians with the skills and knowledge necessary to improve primary healthcare delivery in their local communities. As one of the selected fellows, Francis will undergo rigorous training in leadership, financial services, risk management, and other relevant areas. This training will enable him to effectively assess, monitor, and evaluate the primary healthcare system in Njaba LGA. The National Health Fellowship Program seeks to engage young Nigerians in the development and implementation of primary healthcare policies and programs in their local communities. Francis is currently in Abuja, where he is undergoing training alongside other selected fellows from across the 774 Local Government Areas in Nigeria.
