What are some ways you and your family can sleep better? 😴
👉 Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends.
👉Limit your use of electronic devices, such as TVs, computers and smartphones, before sleeping.
👉 Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
👉 Create a relaxing environment such as reading, meditating and listening to soft music
👉 Avoid large meals, caffeine and alcohol before bedtime.
