Department of Correctional Services (DCS) National Commissioner, Makgothi Thobakgale yesterday (Thursday, 6 February) presided over the introduction and insignia-pinning ceremony for the newly-appointed DCS Western Cape Regional Commissioner, Adv C Williams-Paulse
