Devotees from Zone 5 of the Sri Sathya Sai Global Council gathered in Sai Kulwant Hall for the grand opening ceremony. The event began with a vibrant traditional Chinese procession featuring a Lion Dance, the God of Wealth, and the God of Prosperity and Longevity, leading Swami’s palanquin. Devotees in traditional silken robes performed the reverential Chinese bow at Swami’s feet, seeking blessings for the Year of the Snake. The celebrations continued with a spectacular Lion Dance, accompanied by rhythmic drumbeats, followed by sacred rituals like candle lighting, incense offering, and tea-serving, led by key figures from SSSGC and SSSCT. A beautifully designed New Year scroll was presented, and the Rice Blessing Ceremony symbolized prosperity and good health. Ms. Jacqueline Ho shared insights on the Spring Festival's significance, highlighting its themes of joy, well-being, and auspicious beginnings. She elaborated on the Year of the Snake’s symbolism of wisdom, adaptability, and longevity. The event concluded with a graceful traditional Chinese fan dance, devotional songs, and bhajans in Mandarin, as devotees expressed their deep gratitude and devotion, seeking Bhagawan’s divine blessings for the year ahead. https://www.facebook.com/SriSathyaSaiGlobalCouncilOfficial/posts/pfbid02fAYDqoVykYEWRzCmRyy76H4KSHAef1CyyMSUkSmaqWq6hNVJqmYLCf9tdz4JPjcRl https://www.instagram.com/p/DFqcpIkMutN/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== _#srisathyasaibaba_ _#sssgc_ _#chinesenewyear2025_ _#100yearsofsrisathyasai_
