Job Title- Head Barman Salary Range- 40,000 Location Narok (Mara) Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee all bar operations. * Create and maintain innovative cocktail menus. * Ensure consistent and high-quality drink preparation. * Manage bar inventory and control costs. * Train and supervise bar staff. * Maintain a clean and organized bar environment. * Provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Head Barman or similar role 5 years preferred). * Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in inventory management. * Formal training or certification in bartending/mixology is a plus. * Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
