Dangers for those participating in the weekly/ daily healthathon. You will voluntarily/ involuntarily try to halt/ pause the healthathon after few days/ weeks because... 1. You will start seeing positive improvements/ sustanance in your wellbeing/ health 2. You feel somehow more active 3. You will feel some minor pains in joints/ muscles which are temporary because your body is now getting adjusted to the routine 4.
