DEADLINE FOR SASSA CARD TRANSITION EXTENDED TO 20 MARCH 2025 Did you know that the deadline to swap your old gold SASSA card for the Postbank Black Card has been extended from 28 February to 20 March 2025? Take note of the following: *Please swap your card as soon as possible before the 20 March deadline. *Grant payments will continue as usual, even after the deadline, but if you haven't swapped your card by then, you’ll need to visit Post Office to access your funds. *More service points are being added across the country to help you exchange your cards faster, including mobile offices in rural areas. *After 20 March 2025, the gold cards will no longer work, but you can still apply for and receive your Postbank Black Card. *We are working with community leaders and local authorities to share clear information and offer assistance where needed.
