This role combines creativity with a results-oriented mindset to generate leads, close deals, and foster lasting relationships with clients. The commission-based incentive structure provides significant earning potential. This position is open to both full-time and part-time staff. List of Duties Sales and Revenue Generation: 1.Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. 2.Promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients. 3.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Engagement: 1.Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. 2.Provide detailed and accurate information about the company’s offerings. 3.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Marketing and Promotions: 1.Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness. 2.Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to attract potential clients. 3.Distribute marketing materials and educate customers about the benefits of the company’s services. Market Research: 1.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. 2.Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product and service improvements. 3.Provide regular reports on market conditions and sales performance to the management team. Administrative Duties: 1.Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions. 2.Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports. 3.Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts. Experience Needed At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or experience in travels and tour industry Educational Level Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Core Competency and Skills 1.Strong communication and negotiation skills. 2.Ability to work independently and meet targets. 3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Necessary certificates, licences and registrations.
