Former Managing Director of SIC Insurance, Hollistar Duah-Yentumi, has taken the company to court over her termination, demanding that her contract be honored until its expiration in January 2028. According to her lawsuit, Duah-Yentumi's four-year contract, which began in 2024, can only be terminated with the approval of the Board of Directors or shareholders at an Annual General Meeting.
