Job Titles:Power Transformer Engineer(Indian) Key Responsibilities: * Oversee manufacturing of power transformers, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards. * Perform repair and maintenance of transformers, diagnosing faults and ensuring operational efficiency. * Handle assembly of transformer components and ensure correct installation. * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in transformers. * Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for transformer production. * Conduct quality testing, including electrical performance tests and insulation resistance tests. * Manage and oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with clients to verify transformer performance before delivery. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering. * Experience in transformer manufacturing or maintenance (5– years plus preferred). * Strong knowledge of electrical insulation, winding, core assembly, and cooling systems. * Familiarity with international transformer testing standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE). * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. * Hands-on experience with testing equipment like power analyzers, insulation testers, and winding resistance meters.
