The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing technology infrastructure, managing software solutions, and ensuring the efficiency and security of IT systems. *Key Responsibilities:* √ Lead and manage IT operations to ensure smooth and secure business processes. √ Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of software applications using Python (mandatory), SQL (mandatory), C++/Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Next.js, Node.js). √ Manage and maintain database systems, ensuring high performance, security, and data integrity. √ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize system functionality. √ Oversee the use and management of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Google Workspace to support business operations. √ Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices. √ Research and implement emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability. *Key Qualifications* √ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university. √ Strong expertise in Python and SQL (mandatory). √ Proficiency in C++/Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js). √ Experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. √ Minimum of 4+ years in IT management, software development, or a related field. √ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to troubleshoot and optimize IT systems. √ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
