Dear all, I am urgently in need of an _*Office Administrator*_ with the below requirement. _*Qualifications:*_ 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. 2. 3 + years of Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. 4. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. 5. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. _*Key Responsibilities:*_ 1. Oversee daily administrative activities, including document management, filing, and office coordination. 2. Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings (including staff meeting or Board meetings), ensuring that project timelines are maintained. 3. Support HR functions such as recruitments activities, coordinating performance reviews 4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, responding to inquiries and directing messages as appropriate. 5. Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management. 6. Support financial functions, such as invoice processing and budget analysis and tracking 7. Client Relationship Management 8.
