Begin by clicking the “Complete Your Profile” button, which will open a page with pre-filled fields based on the information provided during your account registration. *Here is what you will need to complete your profile:* · ID Number (or Permit Number if you are not a South African citizen). This is a critical step as it verifies the authenticity of your identity, preventing unauthorised access or attempts to impersonate someone else. · Proof of Residential Address (document upload required). · Date of Birth, Age, and Gender details. · Profile Photo (optional but recommended). Profile Completion Confirmation: Once all fields are filled, click on ‘Save Changes’ and the following display message will show on your screen: “Profile updated successfully.” You will also see that your profile is 100% complete Once this step is complete, you can proceed to the next phase: filling out your spaza shop information details.
