*Easy Steps to Upload Documents*
Before uploading the necessary documents, you will need to complete your business profile.
*Spaza Owner's Details and Business Details*
1. Click on ‘Add Your Spaza Documents’
2. Complete the ‘Spaza Owner’s Details’ and ‘Business Details’
*Spaza Owner’s Details will consist of the following fields* :
• Name of Spaza/Tuck Shop or General Dealer
• City/Township
• Telephone Numbers (Home, Work and Cell)
• Physical Address (You have an option to use the same address as your profile).
• You will then click on Submit.
*Business Details will consist of the following fields* :
• Business Name
• Physical Address
• Registered Owner’s Name
• Township Name
• Erf Number
• Property size
• Region & Ward Number
• Type of Business Structure
• Summary of the nature of goods/services
• Number of Employees
• Operation Start Time
• Operating End Time
• You will then click on submit
*Uploading of Supporting/Compliance Documents*
*Required Attachments* :
You will click on upload documents and the following are the documents that you will need to upload:
• Certified ID/Passport
• Proof of Residence
• Tax Clearence Certificate
• Lease Agreement
• Title Deed
• Fire Compliance Certificate
• Building Plan
*Compliance Documents* :
You will click 'Submit Compliance Documents' and the following are the documents that you will need to upload:
• Zoning Compliance
• Fire Safety Measures
• Passport with Visa
• Asylum Permit
• Business License
• CIPC/SARS Registration
• Business Banking Account
• Zoning Certificate
• Geo Location
You will then click on submit
*Undertaking and Declaration* :
• You will fill in your full name and declare that you agree with the above statements
