This role involves overseeing export operations, fostering relationships with distributors, and ensuring adherence to regional standards and regulations within the alcoholic beverage industry. Key Responsibilities • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement an export strategy aligned with business goals, and expand market presence. • Operations & Documentation: Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products and regulatory compliance with international standards. • Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and stakeholders. Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events. • Market Analysis: Monitor global trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities or threats. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with export regulations and liaise with legal teams. • Team Management: Lead and mentor the export team, driving success and fostering skill development. Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field (MBA is a plus). • Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales/export (preferably in alcoholic beverages or FMCG). • Proficiency in English and French is a must. Key Competencies • Strong knowledge of global market dynamics in the alcoholic beverage sector. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. • Ability to lead and inspire teams in fast-paced environments. • Detail-oriented and proficient in managing complex documentation.
