The Department is currently conducting a Compulsory Induction Program(CIP) training for level 6-12 public servants employees, the purpose of the training is to instil knowledge based on policies and responsibilities that they should comply. The program will be focusing on improving their performances in different departments, to value and embracing their mandated work, to create a healthy working environment and engage diversity within a work place. Assessment, activities and modules are to be done by the public servants to enhance their work skills and to boost their morale in serving the public.
