Dear Parents, The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has introduced complimentary psycho-social counselling services for Class X and XII students to help them manage exam-related stress, to be offered in two phases: before and during the exams, and after results are published. CBSE is adopting a comprehensive approach to support students: 1. Counselling services will commence on February 1, 2025, and will run until April 4, 2025 2. 24/7 IVRS will be available at toll-free number 1800-11-8004. 3.
