Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality’s Executive Mayor, Cllr Babalwa Lobishe alongside Member of the Mayoral Committee for Roads & Transport, Cllr Yolisa Jolilanga-Pali and Ward 16 Cllr, Kuselwa Ngxenge hosted an event to honour the elderly in New Brighton today. The elderly were sponsored blankets in anticipation of the upcoming winter season and given a hearty meal.
