The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality’s Sports & Recreation, Arts, and Culture Directorate hosted the Robert Sobukwe Memorial Lecture today at Feather Market, themed “Searching for Sobukwe’s Voice” which was facilitated by Member of the Maroyal Committee for Economic Development Tourism and Agriculture Cllr Bassie Kamana. This event celebrated the life and legacy of Robert Sobukwe, one of South Africa’s most influential anti-apartheid leaders, through reflection, discussion, and recognition of his significant contributions to our country’s struggle for freedom.
