She believes in the use of machine learning to solve issues inclusive of minority groups. She is currently studying Image Analysis and Machine Learning at Uppsala University, Sweden. Over the past few years BSC has singlehandedly and through partnerships, provided mentorship and career guidance to women and girls from as young as 7 years. They believe in early nurturing of interests and skills. They have also provided financial assistance to women in economically disadvantaged situations, with laptops and educational resources to support them in their Technology journey. Otema Yirenkyi has passion for connecting with women and girls of all ages, across various walks of life. This is evident in the many invitations she has honored to impart on the lives of over 5000 audiences cumulatively, sharing her experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Management and Mentorship. She is a computer engineering graduate of Ashesi University. She also loves to write, produce music and do sports.
