Just needed to talk to someone Stop checking up on them. Let it go. you’re only torturing urself, scrolling through their updates, wondering if they’re thinking about u. They’ve moved on, & u need to do the same. It’s a hard habit to break, but every time u check, u’re reopening the wound. Focus on ur own life, ur own growth. Invest that energy in urself.
