Role: QA/QC Engineer Work Schedule: In-Person Location: Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Kenya, Tanzania Salary: 14.4k-18k USD per annum We are seeking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of products and systems. The ideal candidate will test software, identify defects, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • Experience with unit & integration testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai). • Knowledge of GIT, SVN, Rally, or Jira. • Experience in monolith and distributed system architectures. • Familiarity with ERPNext (Frappe), Firebase, AWS, Mapbox. • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills. • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). • Experience with performance/load testing via REST APIs. • Strong debugging and system integration skills (Linux, Websockets, HTTP/HTTPS Protocols).
