🎯 MRI: Marked dural ectasia with pronounced posterior vertebral body scalloping.
🎯 Dural ectasia and posterior vertebral body scalloping are classical features of neurofibromatosis type 1, a diagnosis this patient had established during childhood. Other causes of dural ectasia include Marfan syndrome and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
