Premier Mandla Ndlovu will launch a Provincial GBVF structure this morning at Graceland, Secunda. This follows a recently approved Provincial Strategic Plan on Gender-Based Violence and Femicide, and the launch serves as a measure to intensify the fight against the scourge.
