Lt Gen Anindya Sengupta, GOC-in-C, #centralcommand delivered a talk on the topic “Shaping tommorrow’s Strategic Leaders for Adaptive Leadership in Transformative Environment” during Strategic Leadership Seminar, organised by Army Management Studies Board (AMSB), at #armywarcollege, #mhow. The Army Cdr highlighted strategic leadership is not restricted to age or seniority when actions at tactical level can have strategic implications. Complexities of future threat makes formulating a strategy all the more difficult and complex. Good strategy can never be developed in isolation and thus a leader needs to take into account instruments of National Power and maint a balance between “Ends, Ways, Means and risk”. #decadeoftransformation #yearoftechabsorption
