How dare they ask for immunity? Justice precedes peace.... Without the culprits facing the consequences of their actions, what would be the meaning of peace? They'll do it again once a certain period of time has passed... For now they are on fresh recruitment n training n once that's done, history will repeat itself again. If the centre GoI is serious about bringing peace , the ultimate solution is grant #kukizo separate administration in the form of UT or a statehood. And the Manipur State govt. has to fully compensate properties n lives lost of the KukiZo people.
