Today, 4th February 2025, is World Cancer Day.
*Anti-Cancer Allies*
In no particular order:
- Vitamin D (with lots of Mg);
- Regular intermittent fasting (at least 16hrs of no food);
- Selenium (Brazil nuts are best source);
- Turkey tail mushroom;
- Turmeric with black pepper;
- Black seed oil;
- Clove tea;
- Probiotic foods;
- Garlic.
Cinnamon and cacao (not cocoa!) would be great beverages, too.
The phytic acid in Brazil nuts undermines absorption of nutrients. So soak up Brazil nuts overnight, then pour out the water then dry them gently with an oven, taking caution not to roast them into a crisp. Store them in a glass jar with a tight lid. Eat a nut daily.
