*Bonus tip:* If one is not used to fasting and attempts it, they may get feelings of nausea. When this happens, just take some water that is laced with a few pinches of sea salt. Sea salt is available in many supermarkets. It’s not the usual iodized table salt. Sea salt will be accordingly labeled on the package or bottle.
