*The Following Resolutions have been passed in UGBM dated 28 February 2025 on the Agenda of JNUSU election 2024-25*
1. The students' body condemns the ploy by the JNU Vice-Chancellor and the Dean of Students to stall the JNUSU Election.

2. The student body condemns the recent attempts by the ABVP to bypass the JNUSU Constitution and call for an unconstitutional "UGBM", thereby diluting the letter and spirit of the JNUSU Constitution and the mandate of the students of JNU.

3. The JNUSU will fight for an immediate release of notification for the start of the process of election to the JNUSU.

6. The JNUSU Elections should be conducted by an elected student Election Committee free from interference by the Administration. The University General Body also condemns the unwarranted interference from the part of administration through the office of GRC in the JNUSU Elections 2023-24 and resolves to fight tooth and nail all tactics of interference by the JNU Administration through the office of GRC and other means in JNUSU Elections.

7. The UGBM rejects the CPO Manual in total that criminalises debate, dissent, postering and protest demonstration in the campus. The JNUSU will take up the fight to ensure that the CPO Manual is revoked.
