Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna presents Rs. 8, 08, 736 crore budget for the financial year 2025-26 in the state assembly with a special focus on research & development and information technology. The UP Finance Minister informs that the total budget outlay for the financial year 2025-26 is 9.8% higher than the budget outlay for FY25. ```UP becomes the FIRST state to breach a 100 billion dollar budget size. With more than 8 lakh crores for FY 2025-26, this is the BIGGEST ever budget presented not just for UP, but for any state.```
