*Charge Nurse, Children's Emergency Department- Band 7* The 24-hour Children’s Emergency Department (CED) on our Watford site is a fast-paced and exciting place to work. Not only are we a busy Trauma Unit and proactive research participants (currently participating in multiple large national studies), we are also looking to become accredited with the National Autism Association. On top of a co-located PAU, we have two designated paediatric resus bays supporting an inclusive environment that is nurturing and encouraging of professional development. We are further expanding our team by implementing a Paediatric Charge Nurse role into our department, enhancing our already highly skilled workforce. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, committed and strive to motivate and influence others positively. We are encouraging applications from those with significant experience working within a Children’s Emergency setting.
