Must have a strong focus on the continuous improvement of work practices within the facility. oversees the installation, repair, and EAM activities. All mechanical & electrical equipment replacing , installation and Calibration like motors & operating equipment. Pumps on line impeller , casing , mechanical seals , pipe joints , butterfly valve removing seals and maintenance. Vario- pack separator finger , pusher chain , shrink film cutting station , wraping module and oven chain complete maintenance and operated. Robo box all xises gear motors , grouping stations, loading station and aheet picker aid gripper maintained , aligned and trouble shoot. Stretch film wraping unit complete functional and operational. Bottle , Pet & Roller conveyors maintain and replacing wear and tear parts such as bearing , flanges , shafts, seals , gear oils and greasing. Responsible for end-to-end operation & supervision of production and maintenance. Manage operational KPIs of 36K bph Krones ,Syddle, 45k bph KHS & 2 RB Glass Lines. Blow molding Air distributer, Strator motor, stretch road , valve block , blowing nozzle and mold, diagnose faults replacing damage parts and aligned. Blow molding oven heating mandrels and star wheels height adjustment and gripper finger settings. Filler distributer, filling valves, flow meter, gama valve, CO2 block, filling nozzle and lifting cylinder replacing kits and stopping leakage by removing damage parts . Filler capper complete maintenance, setting and adjustment. All type of mechanical equipment on line related to all machines Of the line maintenance and operated. Labler machine all equipment cutter & gripper drum maintained and operated also diagnose the faults mechanically or electrically trouble shoot. All Gear motors on line maintain , changing gear oil and damage gear parts , functional accurately. Responsible to carry out Scheduling, Ordering and Budgeting of Annual/Preventive Maintenance of Plant. Managing the overhauling and preventive maintenance as well as inventory on KRONES Pet line to maximize the production efficiency & minimize break down time. Accountable for ensuring contigious running of machinery and equipment as per Perspective. Timely completion of Production of the plan as per given Schedule by minimize down time And timely respond to the routine faults. Plan maintenance schedule prepare maintenance reports and discuss with the maintenance Manager. Implement the company policy related to health safety and environment Ensure all the operational and maintenance activities according to the standards operating Procedure (SOP), Ensure food safety and quality of the product. Prepare reports of break down time ,demand of parts, increase the yield of raw material and improve plant efficiency, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and machine history as well. Managing the safety parts list of annual maintenance. Schedule mange and train the team of supervisors & operators. Manage the shift of all machine operators.     Basic qualifications required: Bsc Mechanical/ B.Tech Mechnicial/Bsc Mechatronics   Experience : Minimum: 02-04 Years from FMCG / Bevarge Industry Candidates having 1-2 years experience from Coca Cola, Nestle, Unilever, Tetra Pack will be preferred   Knowledge-Skills : Technical Skills.
