Earlier today, the City of Kigali Mayor, Samuel Dusengiyumva, together with Amb. Philip Stalder, Head of the Africa Division at the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, and other officials, visited the Mpazi Housing Village in Gitega Sector, Nyarugenge District.
This transformative initiative serves as a flagship model for scaling up affordable housing and upgrading informal settlements as part of the city’s inclusive urbanisation agenda.
