Ensuring accurate information is provided for configuration and activation of the customer. • Signal Testing & Optimization: Performing signal strength tests, ensuring proper signal levels, and optimizing network performance to meet service level agreements (SLAs). • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, signal degradation, and equipment malfunctions during and after installation. • Customer Education: Educating customers on the proper use of their internet service, equipment, and basic troubleshooting steps. • Documentation: Accurately completing installation records, including equipment serial numbers, cable lengths, signal readings, speed test and customer sign-offs. • Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and best practices during installations, including working at heights and handling electrical components. • Tool & Equipment Management: Ensuring proper use, maintenance, and accountability for all provided tools and equipment. • Customer Service: Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience. 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 3years experience in the related field. • Have excellent communication skills and be able to handle and communicate with customers.
