27 May 2025 Krishna expands the meaning of kṣhetra (field) from just the body-mind complex to the entire objective universe, including elements, senses, ego, and mind. This helps the seeker intuitively grasp all changing phenomena as the known. Krishna then defines kṣhetrajña (knower) as the Consciousness present in all beings—both individual (jīvātmā) and universal (Īśvara). The field is the effect, while the knower is the unchanging source. Understand this leads to the non-dual realization that one’s true identity is not the body, but pure, witnessing Consciousness.
