MAY, 2025. *TOPIC: VIBRANT SPIRIT – A KEY TO OUTGROWING THE AFFLICTIONS OF LIFE.* *SCRIPTURE:* _In that day their burden will be lifted from your shoulders, their yoke from your neck; the yoke will be broken because you have grown so fat._ ISAIAH 10:27 (NIV). *THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:* A healthy spirit conquers adversity. It has been confirmed that the spirit of a man is what determines his capacity to handle infirmities in life. A healthy and vibrant spirit conquers adversity. So, it is the size and vibrancy of your spirit that determines the health of your life and destiny. That is why it is impossible to have a strong spirit and exist with a weak life or destiny. For instance, when children are about two years old, they can wear smaller sizes of clothes. But when they grow older, maybe to about five years old, they cannot wear those clothes anymore no matter how sympathetic or sentimental they are with the clothes. And no one can force those clothes on their bodies because their body sizes have outgrown them. In the same manner, you can grow your spirit to a point where your spirit outgrows any affliction attacking your flesh. This is a more permanent deliverance than when a man of God conducts a deliverance prayer session for you. The reason is that if a man of God with superior anointing prays and destroys the yoke over your life, and the conditions under which that yoke was destroyed are not being maintained by you, the yoke can still come back. But if you spiritually outgrow the yoke, even if you are amid one billion witches, you will remain delivered because your spiritual size has changed. So, you can outgrow that cancer, barrenness, HIV, witches and wizards, stagnation, disfavour, etc. Beloved, this is my counsel to you: fatten up your spirit man by spending time in prayer, studying the Word of God, and listening to “fireful” messages. By doing all these consistently, you can outgrow any affliction in your life. *REMEMBER THIS:* A healthy spirit conquers adversity. *ASSIGNMENT(S):* *1. Do what the counsel in the text says.* *2.
