*Update on discussions with Director HR on mass transfer* Dear Friends On dated 26th May 2025, Team AIGETOA CHQ consisting of GS Ravi Shil Verma, AIP Veerabhadra Rao, DY GS Pawan Akhand, All India Convener Shri A A Khan met Director HR after his joing back from leave as informed earlier. The cases submitted has been discussed and discrepancies highlighted. The good part is that management is now sounding positive on the issues highlighted by team AIGETOA including consideration of cases on immunity grounds for Promotions as well as Long Stay (Like Medical Self and Dependents, PWD cases 12th class, stay period less than three years (Intra as well as Inter Circle), Association immunity etc). We also highlighted the discrepancies on distribution of circles without consideration of merit) and requested for allotment of nearby circles within the zone, we also requested for sparing deficit circles from transfer. Director HR sounded positive and assured that management shall definitely consider cases on merit. Further Discussions to continue tomorrow. The AIGETOA team also met PGM Pers and PGM SR for discussions on the cases.
