𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 The Eleventh Supplementary Valuation Roll 2020 is now open for public inspection. Property owners or interested parties may lodge objections until Tuesday, 17 June 2025. Objections may only be submitted regarding properties listed in the Eleventh Supplementary Valuation Roll. Owners will be notified of their valuations in writing. In terms of Section 50 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, an objection in terms of subsection 50(1)(c) of the Act, must be about a specific individual property and not against the valuation roll as such. The valuation roll is available on the Municipality’s website http://www.drakenstein.gov.za. Submission of objections: Objection forms must be completed per property and can be handed in at these venues, during office hours (8:00 to 16:45 from Mondays to Thursdays, and 8:00 to 15:30 on Fridays): • Paarl Civic Centre, Berg River Boulevard, Paarl, 7622; • Drakenstein Customer Care Centre, Mbekweni, 7655; • Wellington Civic Centre, Upper Pentz Street, Wellington, 7654; • Gouda Municipal Offices, Malva Street, Gouda, 6820; and • Saron Municipal Offices, Claremont Street, Saron, 6812.
