*Emergency maintenance at Wemmershoek Water Treatment Works to affect some Drakenstein residents* The City of Cape Town will carry out emergency maintenance at the Wemmershoek Water Treatment Works from 19:00 on Sunday, 8 June 2025, to 08:00 on Wednesday, 11 June 2025. Water supply to Drakenstein Municipality residents living along the pipeline between Wemmershoek Dam and the Leliefontein Reservoir, as well as those in the Simondium area, will be affected.
