We are actively looking for a professional who is willing to learn, work and grow with Sushiksha Intervention centre as an autism therapist. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1) candidate should be able to assess and understand the deviances noted in the children with neurodiversity. 2) formulate Individualised treatment program for the child and understand the goals of the family. 3) establish and learn the family oriented approach followed by the organization. 4) document the daily observations and create goalsheets in coordination with the rest of the team members working clinically with the child. 5) conduct independent activities and participate in small pre academic activities with the child to prepare the child for inclusion REQUIREMENTS: 1) candidate should have a masters in clinical psychology 2) candidate should be keen to learn and understand the approaches followed at the Centre. 3) candidate should work in coordination with he multidisciplinary team. 4) freshers welcome, experienced preferred. 5) salary will be negotiated based on experience.
