*GROW WITH THE VISION*
*“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”*
— Habakkuk 2:3 (KJV)

Beloved child of God, allow me to share a word of wisdom with you. In your journey of serving in the house of God, you must understand that there is a difference between the visionary and the vision.
Where the visionary may be gracious and accommodating, smiling at your efforts and tolerating your pace; their vision will not adjust itself to suit you. The vision itself was given the power to speak the truth on God's behalf, and it will always reflect Heaven’s standard.
So, as you serve the visionary, always pay attention to the vision; because while the man may make peace with your weakness, the vision might be frowning at your performance. Do not confuse mercy with approval!
Don't force the visionary to lower their preferred standards but CLIMB, GROW, and DEVELOP yourself to the standard of the vision.
𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐤𝐮𝐤 𝟐:𝟐 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝: “𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐬, 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐭.” (𝐍𝐊𝐉𝐕)
Your work should always match the vision you follow. Instead of asking others if you're doing well, look at the 'script' or plan itself - are you performing according to what was written or what is expected?
The vision should guide you in how you ought to behave, conduct your business and treat others. Always refer back to the vision and allow it to guide you so that you work according to the standard and level of the vision.
*“For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God...”* (Hebrews 5:12, KJV)
This is a frustration many visionaries can relate to; where after investing their time, deep revelations and insights, they look back to find their followers still craving milk when they should themselves be feeding others.
Visions are time-sensitive. There was an expectation that by now, based on the consistency and depth of the teaching they had received, the listeners should have matured. They should be healers, deliverers, and mentors; and no longer be spiritually immature and victimized by demons.
The vision will always demand results aligned with the depth of input you have received.
If you're feeling stuck it may be a sign of a mismatch between what has been invested in you and what’s coming out of you. Perhaps it's time to pause and ask: “Am I aligned with the time-sensitive expectation of the vision that’s been placed over my life?” And if the answer is no, read the vision again to derive more strength to run with it.
In life, you should always aim to grow and improve yourself instead of expecting others to lower their standards for you.
Be it in an organization or ministry, as the vision grows, you must grow with it. You have to keep on learning and improving yourself until you reach the top of the ladder where your leader or visionary is. But if you fail to improve, the leader or visionary will have to come down to your level. The quality of your work will not be according to the expected standard but to what you have managed to accomplish.
Never settle for less; always strive to become better because personal growth is very important.
